Gender Inclusive Housing (GIH) searches to flourish safety and community, serving transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and LGBTQ+ students.
Using your voice can make a huge impact on your community and future. As a group, we are searching for new and innovative ways to allow those voices to be heard. In this GIH study, we are continuing to collect student voices.
Our WRA 325 class is conducting a study on Gender Inclusive Housing (GIH) at Michigan State University. GIH is an important initiative that promotes inclusivity and supports students of all gender identities. Through our research, we aim to better understand the needs and experiences of the MSU community when it comes to housing that is welcoming and affirming for all.
